The GHG Abatement System is designed to remove and decompose greenhouse gases (GHGs) such as CH₄, N₂O, PFCs, NF₃ and SF₆ emitted from industrial processes. Using catalytic oxidation and chemical neutralization, the system converts harmful gases into environmentally safe compounds before releasing treated clean air to the atmosphere. It operates continuously and efficiently under controlled temperature and flow conditions.
GHGs are then directed into a high-temperature catalytic chamber for decomposition.
Equipped with temperature sensors and automatic heating control to maintain optimal reaction temperature.
Uses specialized catalysts tailored for each target gas to achieve up to 99% destruction efficiency.
Neutralizes remaining acidic or byproduct gases using chemical scrubbing systems.
Ensures outlet gas temperature and composition meet environmental discharge standards.
Treated clean gas is discharged through a stack to the environment.
System design minimizes backpressure and ensures uniform air distribution.
Equipped with a PLC-based control panel for automatic operation, monitoring and safety control.
Monitors key parameters such as temperature, pressure and flow rate in real time.
Integrated alarm and interlock functions for over-temperature, fan failure or abnormality.
Data logging capability for emission tracking and performance verification.
